The symposium was a two-day gathering of scholars and experts in the field of queer art and queer archives, hosted by the University of Kentucky and the University of Louisville.

窪蹋勛圖厙 is one of the 124 participating institutions of the AAC&Us new year-long . The Colleges participation is supported by a five-person team including Lead Instructional Technologists Ben Harwood and Aaron Kendall; Beck Krefting, professor of American studies and director of the Center for Leadership, Teaching, and Learning; Matt Lucas, Harder Chair of Management and Business; and Rachel Roe-Dale, professor of mathematics and statistics and director of First-Year Experience.

David Howson, senior teaching professor and Arthur Zankel Executive Director of Arts Administration, was selected to serve as a Panelist for the (NYSCA) multidisciplinary review panel. NYSCA panelists are selected from a diverse group of professionals from across the state, and their expertise spans a range of artistic practices as well as many facets of non-profit management.

Beck Krefting, professor of American studies and director of the Center for Leadership, Teaching, and Learning, published an article, "," in the European Journal of American Studies. She was invited to contribute to the special issue: "Funny Women: Perspectives on Women in/and the Comedy Scene."

Melora Wolff, associate professor of English, has published a collection of personal essays, Bequeath, with Louisiana State University Press. She will read from the collection at .
